<p>Pivotel America Inc. (Pivotel) Inmarsat Land Mobile plans use the Inmarsat Mobile Satellite Network. Pivotel America Inc. (Pivotel) Inmarsat Land Mobile Plans may not be used with Inmarsat Maritime Terminals including Inmarsat handsets when used in a maritime environment with an installed antenna. Please refer to Pivotel Inmarsat GSPS Maritime plans for use with Inmarsat Maritime Terminals. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Pivotel Inmarsat Isat Land Plans comply with the <a class="contenttype-listing-readmore" href="https://pivotel.com/pub/media/contentmanager/content/PA_-_Incoming_Calls_Fair_Use_Policy.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pivotel America Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy</a>. You may choose to waive the minimum term when purchasing outright only by paying a $50 contract waiver fee at the time the service is connected. An itemized bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only.
